I am very glad to have come across Cesar and Perry who have an abundance of knowledge in the field of data/networking, audio/video, and home automation. It has been very simple working with Ideal Integration every step of the way through basic internet connection upgrades to full home automation and even home theatre configuration. The guys here are honest and hardworking, they will not cut corners and always deliver what they promise. Ideal Integration will always be my first choice!

Ideal lives up to its name. Professional, considerate and most importantly they understand technology. This company knows what it is doing and is head and shoulders above its competition. We tried two other providers before we found Ideal and both were a disaster. We would now never use anyone else. Ideal is a reliable and very knowledgeable provider. Use them!

The customer service level of this company is beyond amazing , everything that i have asked of them they have exceeded my expectations, the work they do is nothing short of amazing. I was blown away with how quickly they were able to do my entire network upgrade in my home , and make it look so good. I wish I was able to deal with this level of professionalism and honesty with every company I deal with. I'am incredibly happy with the work they have done for me. From start to finish Cesar and Perry are nothing but excellent to deal with.

Ideal integration is a top-notch full service tech company. We use them to resolve some long-standing issues that we had with The sound system we use to feed our built in speakers. The wireless controller that they installed works flawlessly, and allows us to cast directly to our speakers from Spotify, serius, iTunes, or any other app, or our saved music. They know their stuff. All work was done with a high degree of professionalism. We required a follow up service and they were super prompt and responsive. Overall I am very pleased with everything we have gotten from Ideal integration.

They did a real good job of integrating all the electronic components in the home so they are 'invisible', and sound great in each room. Lots of attention to detail in the install of the TVs and Control4 system. Any small issues or programming requests, they are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great Service.I found Cesar from Ideal Integration to be prompt, honest, professional, courteous, diligent and knowledgeable in performing his work. He took over our job after an extremely bad experience with another local contractor who didn't have much experience and was cutting too many corners. He continues to maintain our systems to the highest standards and he is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We recently had a new system installed in our home by Ideal Integration Inc. The entire process was exceptional from the first conversation to the end installation. Caesar did a great job on the install and when it was completed took the time to make sure that we knew how to successfully use the system moving forward. Without hesitation I would use this company if we were to move again. Honesty and integrity are seldom seen in this day an age and this company has both.
