This is the first time a technician has been able to install smart cameras, routers and increase our internet speed and finish from A to Z very efficiently, plus going above and beyond.Every bump was dealt with quickly, followed up and resolved. I have a bad habit of leaving my garage door open and driving away. So, I contacted Martin of First Born Son Home Services and he quickly provided a turnkey hardware and software solution that would allow me to monitor the door, control the operation from remote location, and alert me when the door was controlled locally. The installation is professional and Martin set up and configured the software on my devices and tested it all for functionality at completion of the job. Next on my list is to install a WIFI smart deadbolt, and wireless WIFI camera's. Martin provides amazing service! He helped us set up our Ring security system, 3 cameras and ring door bell. He is so thorough and a great resource of information. The Ring water sensor caught a leak from our hot water tank a week after installing. The system has already paid for it's self by catching the leak. Martin helped our home lose all it's dead spots with a wifi mesh system and we are now streaming easily thanks to him. Thank you for all your help Martin!
