He went the extra mile to make sure I was familiar with how to use my sonos system I bought through him. he even Set up my second TV and old Sony gear that I didn’t purchase from Him free of charge. I never felt pressured to buy what I didn’t need.Small story:He was installing my home entertainment system when my furniture movers showed up and he ended up helping us carry a 400 pound Armoire up the stairs to my bedroom. I sent an email with an attached floorplan to 30+ home automation companies.Harry Saini from Digital Smart Homes was the only one that immediately gave a itemized quote and cost breakdown.He also labeled the floorplan that we sent with the placement of zones and items.While other companies would likely provide a similar estimate given more info, it was nice of Harry to put in the work right away.

Harry dealt w/ our issue professionally and promptly. Based on preliminary information, it appeared I'd have to replace a pricey component.(The system could not be diagnosed remotely as it was originally installed by another Control4 provider and still ran an older OS). However, Harry took the time to come to our house to confirm and was able to resolve the issue on-site fairly quickly, saving me some $$. Based on my experience, I do not hesitate to recommend him.
